Delete Your Account

Last updated: October 12, 2026

This page explains how to delete your Squaro account and exactly what happens to your data, whether or not you're currently able to log in. For the full picture of what we collect and why, see our Privacy Policy.

Option 1 — Delete it yourself (if you can log in)

In the app

  1. Log in to Squaro and open Profile.
  2. Scroll to the Danger Zone section and select Delete Account.
  3. Confirm your password.
  4. Enter the one-time verification code we email you.

Your account is deleted immediately once the code is confirmed — this cannot be undone.

Go to Profile

Option 2 — Request deletion without logging in

If you've lost access to your account, uninstalled the app, or otherwise can't complete the in-app steps above, email us from the address on file for your account (or tell us what it is) and ask us to delete it:

We verify the request is genuinely coming from the account owner before deleting anything, and confirm back to you once it's done. This usually takes a few business days.

What gets deleted

What stays, and why

Deleting your account does not automatically result in a subscription refund — refunds follow the window described in our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.

One thing to check first

If you're the sole owner of a workspace that still has other members, we can't delete your account until ownership is transferred to someone else (so your team isn't left without anyone able to manage billing or membership) — contact us at the email above and we'll help.
